It's unfortunate that I chose your hotel to have a staycation and it's unfortunate that your lobby has no AC, and it's unfortunate your front desk clerks has no manners and it's unfortunate your 3pm check in time does not apply, cleaning of the room wasnt compleyed until 4pm, it's unfortunate your manager, when requested, NEVER CAME, though a request was made, by me to speak to her and no communication was shared that she would not be meeting with me, as I stood in the hot lobby at the front desk with my 2 kids awaiting her arrival. Your front desk representative need to be re-trained in customer service, face to face interactions and how to treat guests. The rooms are nice, shower door doesn't close, no comforter provided just a sheet on the bed, and a roach was seen coming out if the drain by the bathroom door. Food took 60 mins to arrive after the order was placed and tasted good. The only reason I gave this 1 star was because your servers amd bartenders are the most amazing courteous humans, constantly apologizing on the hotel's behalf.
